Financial Adviser Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking 4 motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Financial Adviser Assistant. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about supporting financial advisers and working with High Net Worth individuals.
About Us: At FinAssist, we are a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm specialising in outsourced Financial Planning services for Australian Advisers. Our clients&039; offices are located across different cities including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane providing a vibrant and collaborative working environment for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong communication and working relationships with clients.
• Prepare documents to assist financial advisers in producing financial reports (Statements of Advice and Review of Advice).
• Maintain and update client profiles using our company software (Xplan).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Assist advisers in meeting preparation, including research and preparation of Client Portfolio Reviews.
• Prepare all advisory documents, including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
• Perform ad- hoc tasks and contribute to the development of best practice strategies.
• Develop a detailed understanding of client portfolios to provide comprehensive responses.
• Efficient and accurate execution of all advisory documents.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong problem- solving abilities with effective time management skills.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (IELTS Certificate of 7.0+ or equivalent required).
• Preference given to Australian graduates.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
