The Financial Analysis Manager oversees the planning and implementation of analysis strategies and activities for a company including interpreting raw data and information in a way that helps the company make critical financial and business decisions:
· Manages financial activities, including pre- cal, selling price, costing, inventory, and controls data of production.
· Participates in Group statutory reporting tasks during monthly/quarterly/year- end closings.
· Be responsible for monthly reporting activities.
· Processes and analyzes various monthly reporting information in close contact with the business group and its units.
To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward "safely producing the high- quality products and complying with legal requirements".

Knowledge:
· Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related positions, preferably in international environments.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
· Strong financial modelling expertise and commercial experience.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
· A certified management accountant (CMA) is preferred
· Experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience: > 5 years
Other:
· Ability to communicate effectively for persuasive communication, to translate technical information into clear ideas for stakeholder alignment.
· Superb leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
· Proficiency in English. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic Axapta is preferred
· Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude
· Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
