Financial Analysis Supervisor

Financial Analysis: Perform and provide insightful analysis on financial statements, profit and loss, sales trends, work in progress data on Actual vs Actual, Actual vs Budget with required period and fill up recommendations for execution.
Management Reports: prepare the Management Reports are required by Internal Group Reporting to ensure all data provided is accurate and explainable. Enclosed with written report for any discrepancy factors could be happened in the future for prevention.
• Coordinate, work and follow up with relate departments to implement the recommendations or solve the discrepancy factors as request.
Budget and Forecast: in charge to deliver the annual and half-year budget, prepare budget control pack and presentation, do the analysis on movements of cost elements on budget as required.
• Monitor and support teammates to provide the periodic forecast as weekly, monthly, quarterly, six months to Internal Group Reporting.
New projects: Timely report the progress of new projects
• Analysis the financial factors for new projects and report to Board of Directors and Group Management.
• Cooperate with all related department to build and implement the procedures for new projects.
• Post evaluation the effectiveness of the new projects.
• Ensure the revenue and cost allocated for existing and new project is accurate, sufficiently and reasonable.
Continuous Improvement Projects: brainstorm the new ideas with team and other departments to implement the savings projects, frequently to review/ renew the internal control procedures to compliance with law and regulations.
Cash and Bank payment: Review the supporting documents provided by Cash and Bank Accountant to ensure all transactions payment are accurate.
Other requirements by Finance manager or Board of Directors.
Business partnering and Team development: enhance the capability of team members by training course, group discussing for soft skills.

Qualification and experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business. At least 4 years experiences working in Accounting and Financial Analyst.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to use advanced in MS Office, especially Excel functions and Power point, MS Outlook
• Proficiency of using English, especially speaking, and writing skills at level TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.5.
