Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
The Financial and Operational Analyst role is required to identify and strategically analyze a range of information to ensure the most efficient, productive, and effective decision- making is being undertaken by the business in relation to people, workflow, and sales processes. The position will work closely with all Operations and Functional teams represented by both Vietnamese and expats. A combination of appropriate commercial acumen, an intimate strong mathematical skill, an expert knowledge of spreadsheet modelling, and a very good level of English communication is required for success in this role.

Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities:

Identify potential opportunities for improved efficiency of reporting and operational analysis modelling.

Provide ad- hoc and deep- dive analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.

Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Create recommendations to be presented to Board of Management and related divisions.

Development, implementation, and maintenance of new and complex models for customer reporting and operational outputs.

Pro- active problem- solving assisting Operations and Finance team members as required.

Develop operational spreadsheet models and conduct comparable analysis and market research to support sales decision- making processes.

Conduct scenario testing and sensitivity analysis.

Analyse information and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation.

Collect, analyze the requirements for new systems/ products and solution from internal customer through research, interviews, and regular feedbacks, and support to evaluate the outcomes/deliverables of project as established.

Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics for finance information, management information, people reporting, customer reporting, KPI reporting and sales reporting.

University or College degree, major in Management Accounting, Finance Management, Mathematics, Data Science.
Demonstrated excellent customer service and relevant evidential skills including attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised, capability to follow instructions and efficient time management.
More than 2 years’ experience within a multi- faceted corporate environment or a multi- national- corporation English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent.
Expert level of Management Accounting, Finance Management, or Mathematics and spreadsheet modelling is mandatory with a very strong proficient fluency with data analytics software, tools such as Excel, Power BI.
