Financial Analyst

- Creation of reports to provide greater visibility of financial performance, budget variances, and data analytics.
- Partnering with Heads of Departments to analyse financial performance.
- Project tasks include monthly reporting, financial performance reviews, variance analysis, data preparation, SOP documentation, process mapping and Change Management.
- Investigating and solving business issues and/or information requests.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare business cases for new activities or investments.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships by communicating, consulting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of organisational objectives.
- Conduct analysis of available financial information and data to draw conclusions and develop actionable insights.
- Be involved in the creation of monthly financial reports.
- Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge and supporting common expectations.

- Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Good English, especially writing skill.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in presenting reports and financial analysis to non- financial stakeholders.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
