Financial Analyst

Overview:
At NLG, a leading force in Vietnam&039;s real estate sector, we&039;re looking for a Financial Analyst who doesn&039;t just crunch numbers but provides the insights that drive our business forward. This role is key to steering our diverse portfolio of real estate projects and business units (BUs) towards profitability and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
● Innovative Reporting Solutions: Continuously innovate our reporting capabilities, leveraging advanced BI tools and automated systems to deliver real- time insights.
● Collaborative Financial Leadership: Work closely with BU heads to understand financial challenges and opportunities, offering analytical support to drive business results.
● Market Analysis Expertise: Keep a pulse on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators, analyzing their impact on NLG&039;s projects and performance.
● Data- Driven Decision Support: Act as a strategic advisor to the FD, providing data- driven insights for high- level decision- making.
● Advanced Forecasting and Planning: Utilize your expertise in financial modeling to forecast and plan for various market scenarios, aiding in risk mitigation and opportunity maximization.
● Project Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain robust metrics to track real estate project performance, identifying areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
● Strategic Performance Analysis: Dive deep into the financials of our BUs and real estate projects, delivering insights that impact our strategic direction.

Required Qualifications:
● Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
● Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with a knack for translating data into strategic insights.
● Exceptional communication skills, fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
● 3- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
● Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA is a plus.
