Financial Analyst

Reporting Structure
The Financial Analyst will report directly to the CIO and work closely with other members of the finance and accounting team. This role involves collaboration with various departments and requires a high level of confidentiality
Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct in- depth research on financial markets, industries, and specific investment opportunities.
Analyze economic trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
Provide regular reports on global market trends and emerging opportunities.

Financial Modeling:

Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment risks and potential returns.
Evaluate the financial performance of potential investments and existing portfolio holdings.
Collaborate with the team to develop forecasting models and scenario analyses.

Due Diligence:

Work with external partners to gather relevant information for investment assessments.
Perform due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.
Assess the viability of new investment opportunities and present findings to the investment committee.

Investment Strategy:

Collaborate with the investment team to identify and prioritize investment opportunities.
Contribute to the development and refinement of investment strategies.
Assist in the formulation of long- term investment plans aligned with organizational goals.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare comprehensive investment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Keep abreast of industry news and trends to provide timely updates to the team.
Communicate investment recommendations and insights to the investment committee.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Finance or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (Chinese is also highly preferred).
