Role Description:
We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support the Finance team. This role may include assisting in building the financial plan, processing transactions, keeping track of the exchange rate, reconciling the transactions, and other related tasks. So, the job requires a hard- working and detail- oriented person to ensure the system runs smoothly and prevent transaction problems that may arise. Tasks & Responsibilities:
Update the exchange rate whenever needed (at least twice a day)
Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
Ad- hoc tasks
Manage records and receipts
Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance officer, finance manager
Do market research on exchange rates, competitors, partners
Assist in processing transactions
Assist finance officer in creating financial documents, including forecasting and budgeting
Requirements:
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment
The ability to work under pressure is necessary
Good organizational skills
Degree in accounting or finance
Detail- oriented
At least one year of experience in the financial of related positions
Great knowledge of Excel
Excellent time management skills
Be a team player with a “can do” attitude
Basic English skills
