Financial Collaborator, ZaloPay

We are seeking a dedicated and detail- oriented collaborator to join our Finance Department. The Financial Collaborator will be responsible for various tasks related to financial record- keeping, reconciliation, and data preparation. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities:

Support & conduct the reconciliation data among various sources.
Review and confirm advances/payments for marketing activities based on approved plans.
Review promotion expense documents subject to commercial terms with external partners.
Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by direct report.
Support data preparation & basic analysis for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Third- year or final- year university students pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using Excel.
Good in communication and teamwork skills.
Self- motivated and willing to take initiative.
