Financial Controller - Dist.1 (Business English)

- Ensuring that monthly MIS is closed/consolidated on time. and relevant reports sent to the management.
- Treasury, banking relationship and currency management.
- Monitoring profitability in line with budgets, supporting operations in various spheres of business like exploring various opportunities for saving cost, setting up internal controls to prevent revenue leakage, partnering in growth initiatives, etc.
- Driving working capital efficiency by close monitoring of the components of it and reporting on a regular basis to bushiness heads for corrective action.
- ERP Implementation - Implemented and stabilized ERP for operating subsidiaries, JV’s for corporate reporting.
- Driving the annual budgeting exercise along with the country/ business heads. Conduct financial and variance analyses with respect to businesses and recommending corrective actions
- Audit – coordination and conclusion of internal audits, statutory and local Vietnamese tax audits.
- External Relationship Management with statutory authorities/ tax authorities/external auditors.
- Ensuring Compliance to local Vietnamese laws in conducting the business operations and relevant returns/reports are filed with the statutory authorities ontime.
*** Working time: Mon-Fri: 8:00~17:00.

- From 30~40 years old. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting field.
- Charted Accountant/ CPA or equivalence with experience of 5 – 10 years, preferably in commodities / production background.
- Skills: team management, problem-solving, decision making and value orientation.
- Local Vietnamese Statutory and/or Production work experience would be an added advantage.
