Financial Controller – Growth Finance & Partner Relations

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Support the preparation of investor reports (regular or ad- hoc).
Analyze financial data to assess business performance and identify improvement areas.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports for the leadership team.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Develop, manage, and monitor the company’s annual budget and project budgets.
Track budget utilization and provide early warnings on potential financial risks.

Investor & Partner Relations

Prepare materials and financial analysis to support fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Join meetings with financial partners, banks, and investors alongside the CFO.

Compliance & Process Improvement

Recommend improvements to financial processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with legal and accounting standards.

Overseas- educated Vietnamese or candidates with significant international exposure are strongly preferred.
Experience in partnership management with banks or investment funds is highly valued.
Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech startups, banking partnerships, or investment funds.
Passion for sports, arts, or community activities is a plus – we value team players with vibrant energy.
Proficiency in English for communication with international partners.
Strong skills in financial analysis and management reporting.
Experience working with investors or in fundraising is a plus.
