Responsible for all financial related issues and financial management of the company. Run and coordinate other company management functions, business planning, accounting, budgeting Financial and accounting management.
Responsibilities
Reviewing and evaluating financial statements, balance sheets and related reports.
Develop regulations, financial policies, shortening plans and deadlines for internal operations..
Manage revenue process, expenses, books, budget department and related information storage system.
Cash flow division, cost management, product cost to support the business
Develop, distribute and balance financial plans and supporting information systems including budget, tax, asset management.
Analyze financial situation to prevent financial risks and possible risks..
Establish the cash management policy of the business.
Improve the company&039;s financial management system.
Manage and direct the activities of the Accounting Department, the Finance Department, the Production- Sales Department, the Import- Export Department and the Auditors, the Treasury, etc.
Identify goals to support business operations and strategic direction.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations on finance and accounting.
Ther duties as required by CFO & Board of Directors
Ensure the accounting data system complies with the auditing regulations..
Directing the implementation of periodical financial statements and approving reports
Develop a profit sharing policy.
Develop and apply financial processes and regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in financial planning and analysis, tax planning.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Experience in developing budgets and financial plans.
Experience managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and auditing.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent at English both written & spoken
Familiarity with investment management and funding sources.
Experience renewables energy, construction, manufacturing industry.
A minimum of 8, preferably 10, years experience in a senior role
CPA, ACCA, CFA designation preferred.
Ability to strategize, problem solve and make sound business decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
