Financial Director

• Develop and manage the financial budgets and forecasts of the company, ensuring that they align with the overall strategic objectives of the business.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement financial controls and policies to ensure the integrity of the company's financial data and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance and financial expertise to the executive team to support the decision-making process and maximize profitability and growth.
• Manage the company's financial risks and opportunities, including investments, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
• Lead the development of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and develop a Team of finance professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
