DJRecruit Asia&039;s client is a prominent manufacturer with 100% focus on export. Presently, they are in search of a Finance Director to spearhead the development of their business
Responsibilities:
Internal System Integration: Lead the implementation of internal systems and facilitate seamless integration between Group and Vietnam. Ensure comprehensive user training and proficient system execution.
Financial Setup: Ensure timely implementation of all finance processes and conduct staff training, encompassing accounting, reporting, financial control, costing setup, and business control.
EPE Compliance: Ensure compliance with system and overall requirements pertaining to the establishment of the company as an Export Processing Enterprise.
ERP Implementation: Take a proactive role in defining and implementing the ERP System for the Vietnam team, collaborating closely with the Regional Finance and IT team.
Compliance Management: Develop and implement essential policies, guidelines, and checklists across key operational areas to ensure compliance and adherence to standard procedures. Drive the establishment of a schedule of authority and other approval matrices.
Project Financial Control: Provide support for financial control during project phases in collaboration with the regional accounting and controlling team
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess existing standards and advocate for better practices, ensuring all procedures are updated and closely monitored for cost efficiency and business effectiveness.
Requirements:
Educational background: Master’s degree or upper, Financial and management accounting or Business administration
Good English communication
Minimum of 10 years plus working experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Finance management position. Experience from manufacturing company using standard cost
ERP experience – SAP preferred
Experienced in working with export- oriented enterprises
