Financial Executive

Support to manage cash flow, track credit and payment.
- Track channel credit and payment, working with relevant departments to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the company’s cash flow.
Arrange payment for PO and contracts:
- Manage international payment risks, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations of both countries.
- Verify that payment requests for PO and contracts are valid and accurate.
- Work with Chinese factories to ensure the payment process is smooth and timely.
Manage cost and prepare detailed financial reports:
- Provide regular financial reports/statistics and interpret financial information for department heads.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for internal purposes.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing/sales funds and operational costs.
- Classify and record the company’s operational expenses accurately.
Any other task arranged by team leader.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- From 1- 2 years of working experience in finance/accounting or a related field.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements is an advantage.
- High personal integrity, honesty and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
- Fluent in Chinese or English.
- Logical thinking with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; proficient in Word.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, ability to solve flexible tasks and situations quickly.
