Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
– Connect with employer/ key person to organize financial health workshop at their companies.
– Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ unique needs and aspirations to advise them on their financial goals confidently
– Accompanying customers in the process of improving financial knowledge, enhancing accumulation habits as well as necessary skills for customers in order to achieve long-term financial goals
– Maximize customers’ potentials by guiding, motivating, and inspiring critical thinking
– Build and deepen your knowledge and skillset by maintaining an in-depth understanding of financial markets
– Craft investment solutions based on our core values: Insight – Passion – Action – Mindfulness
– Be an active part of a collaborative team and share best practices
Qualifications:
– Good looking is
preferrable
– Minimum of 2
years
advisory experience in a client facing role
– Extensive client service experience; managing an ongoing book of business
– Client Relationship Management mastery
– Exceptional investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
– Shown ability to coach and mentor
– Offer clients an educational/guidance approach
