Financial Investment Analyst

Research, Analyze, and Evaluate Investment Opportunities:
- Identify and assess investment opportunities in the energy sector; prepare detailed reports evaluating the feasibility and efficiency of investment projects.
- Collect and analyze data on domestic and international energy markets; forecast trends to propose appropriate investment and cooperation strategies.
International Cooperation:
- Engage directly with foreign partners throughout the investment process—from opportunity assessment and preparation to project completion and handover.
- Apply financial models to analyze and forecast project performance, including M&A transactions; negotiate commercial agreements such as SPA, SHA, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international partners including investors, leading energy firms, and financial institutions.
Monitor and update on energy- related policies and regulations both locally and internationally.
Project Investment Monitoring and Reporting:
- Ensure systematic documentation and information management.
- Oversee and report on equity contributions and investment performance in energy project companies; conduct periodic evaluations and report results to Management.
Investment Planning and Project Management:
- Participate in developing and executing investment plans for energy projects.
- Contribute to negotiations with international contractors.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience, including 2 years in investment or financial analysis in energy or industrial real estate projects. Preference given to candidates with experience in auditing or corporate investment departments within the energy/industrial real estate sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, and reporting skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Investment, or related fields.
- Language: Proficiency in all four English skills is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and other business software.
