Financial Planning & Analysis Executive or Compliance Executive

Position Summary
The Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring the continuing integrity of operations and adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of company; Performs operational audits based on Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau/AML Regulations as well as annually audited minimum internal controls and compliance with prescribed operating policies and procedures; Maintains company’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) Program and ensures to follow up and corrective action for any violations therein; Plays the role of AML Officer in the property.
The Financial Planning & Analysis Executive is responsible for overseeing multiple, simultaneous and advanced analytical projects which provide concise, accurate, actionable and strategic recommendations to Corona Resort & Casino’s senior management for both gaming and non-gaming areas.
Responsibilities
• Provide timely, Finance Analysis or Compliance support for requests at the direction of department heads and senior management.
• Ability to effectively manage projects with multiple internal and external groups.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and Departments in ensuring that Finance Analysis or Compliance is comprehensive and cohesive.
• Oversee and automate key Finance Analysis or Compliance reports for the property operating departments.
• Monitors the correction and implementation of all procedures identified in exception reports.

Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, good knowledge of SAP system; Hyperion Planning and Oracle Financials experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related area.
• Strong leadership skills, prioritization skills, time management skills and attention to detail skills are required.
• WORKING LOCATION BASE IN PHU QUOC, KIEN GIANG.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company’s appearance standards.
• Must be fluent in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Financial analysis, project accounting. Or experience in Compliance management, Regulatory Audits and Compliance; Familiarity with the development and implementation of Anti-Money Laundering/ Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) related compliance requirements.
