Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Supervisor (6-Month contract) Zuellig Pharma Viet Nam

Job purpose: This individual will provide financial consulting and strategic supports including providing monthly management reporting, financial analysis, budget projections, financial modeling, and other projects for ZP Therapeutics business unit. This role requires the ability to work under strict deadlines and varying hours while coordinating cross functionally and communicating effectively to all levels of the organization. The FP&A Supervisor will be a key member of FP&A team, which is responsible to partner with all types of stakeholders (both Finance and non- Finance) of ZP Therapeutics, and look mostly after two sets of missions.
Periodic reporting:
• Support FP&A Manager in reviewing and initiating improvements to management reporting processes; increases productivity and efficiency by developing automated applications.
• Prepare and upload data in the regional finance system (SAP- BPC/BPT)
• Prepare monthly/ year- end management reporting, reconcile transactions, and provide explanation for unusual variances.
Planning and budgeting (Monthly S&OP, Annual Budget, Long Range Plan 5 years):
• Prepare P/L simulation and quarterly target setting to Commercial Team in the monthly rolling forecast and S&OP process.
• Work closely with ZP Therapeutics Leadership Team to plan P/L and financial ratios for annual budget and long- range plan 5 years.
Business Partnering:
• Improve processes and financial ad- hoc support as needed.
• Control A&P and Medical Expense
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Support MKT Team on building financial scenarios such as discount program/Ecommerce Project …
• Support management and department heads with in- depth analysis.

• Capable to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge and experience in Financial Models & Analysis
• Good communication and negotiation
• University degree in Audit/ Accounting/ Finance …
• 4- 5 years of working experience in finance, finance analysis, FP&A. Big four experiences is preferred
