Job Summary:
- Perform at key user for Module COPA on SAP and Power BI for FP&A workspace
- Support to deliver FP&A Agenda & Optimize AOP/Forecast Process
- Support to deliver company PL/BS/OCF objevtices
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy budgeting:
- Perform variance analysis and complex finance activities including: monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and commentary, and scenario modeling, benchmarking
- Prepare P&L by SKU, Brand, Sale region and Distribution channel. Corporate with Other functions to cascade and manage to achieve target
- Proactively provide Senior Management with insights and data analytics to drive impactful business decisions.
- Control forecast accuracy of monthly and year- end financial statements.
- Support the development of AOP, MTP and forecasts.
- Anticipate risk/issues and propose/recommend contingent plans to support company deliver target
Month end closing:
- Manage Month- end closing process to deliver actual result on time and comply with accounting treatment
- Projection of Flash P&L Day 1
- Support Suntory Reporting team with respective reports
- Accountability in Company P&L by SKU, Brand P&L, Channel/ Sub- channel/ Sale office P&L for Excom Review
- Responsible for FP&A P/L reports in Power BI run correctly and do continious improvement for better visualization to support management decision making
- Own and responsible for whole planning team Opex tracking file, calculation of Mix Impact (manual excel file and Power BI)
Key User for Module COPA:
- Perform FI- CO reconcilation and other tasks related to system
- Support end user in working with SAP, check and ensure transactions are recorded appropriately between FI and CO
- Perform testing for Change request/ new development on SAP
Skills and Experience:
- 3- 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Finance/Business bachelor degree from accredited university. MBA and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Results oriented, takes initiatives to get things done
