Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to:

Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business&039;s medium to a long- term financial and strategic plan.
Evaluating previous budgets, and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.
Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results.
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
Complete assigned KPI in Month, Quarter and Year.
Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining of operations.
Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets, quarterly & monthly forecasts.
Producing models to project long- term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
Complete any arising as requirement from Head of Group Control Department.
Accept to be transferred, assigned, arranged tasks by manager to be suitable with company business situation.

Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:00- 18:00 (Monday- Friday)

Fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to learn internal programs.
Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
Graduated University or upper in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast- paced environment.
At least 8 years of proven Finance experience or 4 years of experiences in financial leadership roles. Experience in FMCG Company is preferred.
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
Foreign Language: English must be advanced;
Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA.
