The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to:
• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business&039;s medium to a long- term financial and strategic plan.
• Complete assigned KPI in Month, Quarter and Year.
• Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets, quarterly & monthly forecasts.
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
• Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results.
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining of operations.
• Accept to be transferred, assigned, arranged tasks by manager to be suitable with company business situation.
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.
• Complete any arising as requirement from Head of Group Control Department.
• Producing models to project long- term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
• Evaluating previous budgets, and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
• Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

Recruitment:
• Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA
• Fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to learn internal programs.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast- paced environment.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• At least 8 years of proven Finance experience or 4 years of experiences in financial leadership roles. Experience in FMCG Company is preferred.
• Foreign Language: English must be advanced;
• Graduated University or upper in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
