Firmware Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:As a Firmware Project Manager for Electronics/Embedded Devices at ITR VN, you will lead cross- functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each hardware and/or embedded feature is delivered on time, within the scope, and with team resources.
Your primary responsibilities include:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high- quality solutions.
Lead and monitor the development of the projects from concept to production readiness
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, and team members (hardware engineer, firmware engineer, QC, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, objectives, and plans for release.

Proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams of 5 members or more in complex and dynamic project development environments. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration, ensuring team cohesion, and achieving product objectives.
Fluent in English.
Being able to manage the manufacturing of the prototype and mass production is a plus also.
Effectively communicate with cross- functional teams, translating technical concepts into non- technical terms for stakeholders.
Good understanding of electronics engineering, firmware development, wireless communication, and cloud platforms.
Good problem- solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking, and solutions skills.
At least 5 years of experience in managing the development of electronics/embedded devices. Specializing in developing IoT and Wearable devices, is awesome.
Strong experience in utilizing management tools (Teams, Notion, JIRA, Github, etc.)
Understanding the regulatory compliance requirements is a plus.
A proven result- oriented person with a focus on delivery
