Fixed Asset Accountant

Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
Tracking construction in progress and convert it into Fixed assets
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
Calculation Operating Expenditure costs for company
Represent the company during any audits by a government that involve fixed assets.

Experience: 3- 5 years in same level in manufacturing operations
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
Good English
Knowledge of: Finance and accounting knowledge
Skills and Abilities: Must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools, specifically but not limited to Access, Excel, and Word
