Fleet Leader

I. SCOPE OF WORK

Take responsibility to set up and supervise to ensure Fleet activities should be followed Standard Fleet Process & hit KPI

- Manage Fleet activities following Standard

- Manage Fleet KPI

- Build policies to recruit and develop couriers pool.

- Manage and follow couriers income.

- Coordinate to related departing to solving arising problems relate to couriers.

- Manage and follow Mrspeedy social network for couriers

- Set up Fleet weekly meeting to capture & improving fleet process

- Report daily/weekly/monthly Fleet activities and result to manager

- Recruit and training Fleet members

- Support Product team to monitor and solve system issues

- Collect all improvements and planning for implement.

- Other tasks are assigned by manager.

II.            Responsibility

-          Supervise & suggest effective solution to improve Fleet activities.

-          Ensure Fleet activities should be followed the standard process and hit KPI

-          Ensure arising issues relate to couriers should be solved quickly, correctly.

III.          JOB SPECIFICATION

-          University degree.

-          04 years’ experience at Commercial Trade, Logistics, e-Logistics, Customer Services including at least 1 year as a leader

-          Leadership skills

-          Analysis & negotiate skill

-          Computer skill (office, data analysis)

-          English skill (speaking & writing)

-          Communication to couriers skill.
