Floor Assistant Manager – Trợ Lý Bộ Phận Kinh Doanh Trung Tâm Thương Mại

Understanding and studying retail market trends, developing new brands and rising contents
proposal, market research, profit analysis, and internal reporting
Finding potential opportunities and contributing company profits through smooth cooperation & relationship among tenants
tenants, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
Co- work with other relevant departments such as the sales team, marketing team, and others to contribute to the performance of an organization
Work with brands to cooperate and support them with marketing and promotion to push sales;
Supervise the shop at Diamond Department Store;
Good communication & well collaboration with tenants contacting new
Communication skills by using proposals and reports such as tenant
Setting up new & challenging MD tasks in a positive attitude (not following as- is work level)

Ability to work under pressure;
Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
At least 01- year experience in Retail Business; (Preference in experience with global brand MD)
Number- driven and good management ability of its staff;
In- depth knowledge of the current retail field;
Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
Bachelor Degree with related major;
