Mô tả công việc

Implement and maintain training sytems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
Assists with the strategic direction for the areas of responsibility and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that meets and exceeds standards.
Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with guest complaints.
Review staffing, schedules and vacations.
Coach and train on policies and procedures.
Train employees in the performance of their duties.
Implement control procedures to minimize errors, fraud and waste.
Be responsible to speak with any authority if needed, showing license, staff license, any legal documents asked from the authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English both verbally and nonverbally.
Food & Beverage Supervisory experience is preferred.
Must have a good understanding of how the job responsibilities relate to other area of the venue and specific areas of the Food and Beverage operation, such as back of the house service, and cost control of food, drink.
Must be able to work any shift, any day and long hours when necessary.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
Excellent guest service skills. Ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
Strong leadership, sound judgment, and superior decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
