Floor Operation Assistant - Trợ Lý Vận Hành TTTM

Operation Task (50%)
- Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.
- Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products.
- Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
Marketing & Event (30%)
- Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
- Survey market trend and update market status
- Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
- Working with brands to co- operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
Sales Report & Payment (20%)
- Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
- Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.

- Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers
- From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...
- Be careful & accurate, good team- work and communication skills
- Bachelor degree, any majors
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
