Floor Supervisor (TAVOLA Restaurant)

• Follow company standard and service levels to increase sales and minimize cost

• Inforce sanitary practice for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of dining area

• Responsibility for consistent high quality service

• Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, proper uniform and appearance

• Inforce restaurant service standards, policies and produces

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas

• Ensure that all sections are planned and organized

• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to protect employees, guests and company assets

• Support restaurant Manager with control on shift, organization of team member

• Ensure that all daily work duties, opening/closing and pre/post work responsibility are completed by employees

• Keep restaurant Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues and take quick corrective action where necessary

• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster a cooperative working environment

• Perform other duties as required

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work

• Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance and provide training to increase all performance

• Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipments .

• Supervised the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations

• Great organization skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken

• Good communication skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position

• Creative and well organized, able to work in shift and under high pressure

• Ability to be flexible and to perform multiple tasks effectively at the same time

• Basic knowledge F&B

• Honesty, friendly and team work
