FMS Operation Executive

Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL or original MBL
Send D/N to client or agent
Submit VGM and SI to carrier
Willing to help and back up colleagues when they are on annual leave
Ask D/N from carrier
Send all invoices to accountant as timeline’s request • Update systems timely and correctly
Issue HBL & Check MBL from carrie
Ask copy invoice from carrier for preparing the payment’s request
Strictly follow job assignment

Be patient, careful, responsible, active, ability to work under pressure.
Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
More than 1 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
Bachelor Degree or above
Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.
Well operation knowledge, good experience in Operation
Communication skills is requested.
