- To give development and maintenance of all department control procedures.
- To figure out potential and existing customers filing.
- To handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow- up on the same business day.
- To participate and input towards F&B Marketing activities.
- To provide competitive analysis every six months by calling competition and gathering data such as banquet kits, room rental rates, etc.
- To co- ordinate with all large group meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This
- To provide F&B strategies to get the achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs reduction, and profitability.
- To conduct telemarketing with the Commercial team to previous clients to inquire about possible future bookings.
- To provide timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to the competition.
includes proposals, contracts, and estimated and actual function statements.
- To meet with convenors and confirming proper set- up of the Function Room at the time of Function while on duty.
- To report any deficiencies in equipment and facilities
- To directly be responsible for larger groups…overseeing medium and smaller groups
- To always promote teamwork- Relations with co- workers and management.
- To conduct discipline of personnel when required.
- To be always available in case of emergency related to Food and Beverage issues.nctions, including opening and closing inventories, accurate bar summaries and cash deposits are prepared.
- To conduct consistent check of Banquet Food and Beverage quality, Banquet services and pallet presentation.
- To work with Executive Chef and F&B team to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with.
- To liaise on an on- going basis with the Commercials and Operation Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.
- To overall supervise the operation at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed.
- To supervise on the purchase requirements of small wares, linens requirements etc.
- To minimize the number of Workmen&039;s Compensation claims.
- To assure timely completion of function bills and the ordering and purchasing of beer, wine, liquor, premix canisters, and canned soft for Food& Beverage and vending.
- To ensure a professional attitude and proper business attire when on the property, ready to meet or service a client at any time.
- To ensure that services meet customer specifications and to be responsible for the quality of meeting room set- up.
- To create and prepare menu planning and pricing.
- To establish a rapport with groups to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business and minimize the number of customer complaints.
- To complete and submit monthly forecast to Managing Director
- To confirm all details relative to group functions with meeting/banquet planners. Directly responsible for large function billings and overseeing medium/small function billings regarding accuracy and timeliness (48 hours)
- To be responsible for talent training and development for personal development and growth.
- To assure the maintenance of bar control policies.
- To participate in overall Hotel Maintenance and cleanliness.
- To attend and participate in weekly F & B meetings and Department Heads’ meetings.
- To be responsible for overseeing all scheduling within the department.

- Proficient English language skill.
- Priority for talents from Hoi An or nearby areas.
- Experienced in Food And Beverage Manager
