 Developing a complete knowledge of menus, use records, dish and glassware service and utilize that knowledge in the service of the guest.
Bring into effect the superior product and service by making the difference in accordance with policies and procedures.
 Maintaining your station in accordance with standards at all times.
 Utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
 Checking out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
 Cleaning and breaking down trays in dish area, watching for condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, and etc.
 Honoring all reasonable work- related requests made by a manager or supervisor which may be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the hotel.
 Following all F&B policies and procedures.
Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintain positive image through all areas of guest contact and through cleanliness of guest areas.
 Learning and correctly use the point of sale equipment and follow procedures.
 Attending monthly and all training meetings.
 Participating in daily line- up and menu classes.
 Following all standard procedures in serving the guest, as outlined in training manual and standards manual.
 Practicing and actively participate in teamwork.
 Reporting to work in uniform following all appearance standards.
 Completing all daily and weekly assigned side tasks.
 Reporting to work on scheduled days at the scheduled time.
 Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
 Promoting and practice aggressive hospitality.
 Following all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.

 Passionate about F&B, the service industry and hospitality in general
 Strong inter- personality, creative skills
 Proficient in English communication
 Ability to perform under pressure, Team work, Physically fit
 Flexible, outgoing and always with a smile
 At least 1- 2 year experience in restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
 At least Vocational certificate preferring Bachelor degree in any field
