Food & Beverage Director (in-charge both F&B and kitchen - Vietnamese candidate only)

Coordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service;
Attains food and beverage sales goals by executing marketing strategies and controlling costs;
Plan menus, gauge food requirements;
Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards;
Exercise quality control for both food and beverage;
Evaluate team members within the department and deliver constructive feedback to employees regarding performance;
Lead and supports all Food & Beverage outlets in the achievement of their financial and operational targets;
Direct and oversee the development of F&B, kitchen employees;
Review weekly catering reports with a summary of results to the Chief Operation Officer;

Establish and maintain adequate internal controls within the F&B, kitchen operation;
Responsible for all culinary activities in an establishment;
Preparing and adhering to the F&B, kitchen departmental budget;
Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs;
Prepare annual budgets and administer them in a fiscally responsible manner;
Manage a team of chefs, servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff;
Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for food and beverage, and kitchen operations;
Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operation Officer;

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
3+ years of related experience with the same title, including management experience at 5 stars hotel/resort properties

5 day- off/week
Working shift meal
