Food & Beverage Manager

Designing delicious and attractive menus and continually making improvements.
The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
Taking responsibility for planning, controlling, and ordering food and beverages for a hospitality business while ensuring top- notch quality.
Responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Guest- oriented and service- minded
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Proven food and beverage management experience
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills

: Priority will be given to candidates residing in Vietnam and with relevant experience in the Vietnamese market.
