Manage alL F&B in- house marketing collaterals
Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legisla
Develop, recommend, implement and manage the Food and Beverage Division’s annual budget, business / marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet / exceed management expectations.
Drive corporate or Hotel specific programs that affect guest satisfaction and profitability in the Restaurants and Bars
Create attractive and merchandising menus to attract a predetermined customer market
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
Develop and implement Restaurant/Bar promotions, strategies and special events
Consolidate F&B weekly & monthly MKT repor
Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

- Specialist Degree, at least bachelor’s degree in marketing, hotel management or business administration or equivalen
- Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonaL skills.
- Local candidate with excellent English communication (both written and oral communication)
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tasks and Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.-
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtes
