Food & Beverage Sales Executive

To create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
To develop insights on the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel F&B rates competitive in the local market.
To interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and the hotel image.
To perform other tasks assigned by Director of F&B/ Assistant Director of F&B.
To evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
To provide F&B outlets with advisory or initiative on F&B sale enhancement.
To communicate with target customers/guests and manage guests relationships.
To contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness.
To maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database.
To analyze Diners’ feedback, tastes and trends for proper promotional programs.

Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, or in a related field.
1- 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in high volume five- star hotels or fine dining restaurants.
Passion for service excellence.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Good management and leadership skills.
Excellent networking, selling and negotiating skills.
