Food Safety Asst.Manager

- Other duties related to be given by manager
- Management general of team
- Periodically inspect factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of Food safety, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRC and others.
- Supplier audit & checking specification of materials
- Leader of the quality management system team .
- Training for production/ QA/QC management for Good manufacturing practice.
- External audit & Internal audit
- Update & train the food operating procedures and standards when there are changes in statutory requirements/ or there are changes in the operation of the establishment.
- Discuss, and give opinion for any change to meet standard
- Work with auditors/ inspectors (Government agency Vietnam & import countries, Certification Body, Customers).
- Update new regulations of the Vietnamese government, importing countries and implement them
- Establish, maintain & check quality management systems follow Food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRCGS, FSMA and customer&039;s standards.
- Directing and managing all activities of the team under management: Planning, selecting, training, evaluating job performance to ensure that the employees are capable and motivated to take on the responsibility. requirements and work goals, in order to support the Company&039;s development

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experienced in supplier audit and internal audit.
- Graduated from University major related to Food Technology.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRC.
- Have food safety system certifications such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, PCQI
- Skill to solve problems independently.
- Understand regulations on food safety regulation
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage group activities
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Observational, analytical, and problem- solving skills
- At least 7 years experience in a related field.
- Able to man work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work under pressure
- Working experience in a food factory, fluent in English, and computer skills (MS Office, etc.) is an advantage
- Leadership skills:
• Understanding the strengths and weaknesses, personality and tendency of each Employee to handle work;
• Understanding the relationship status, and differences between members, to flexibly apply communication, encouragement, guidance, support, and promotion so that members learn and share information for each other. each other, support each other, and work together to accomplish the goals of the room.
