Food Security (FMCG)

Control to ensure that products meet microbiological requirements:
- Coordinate with the head of production and related departments to promptly take measures to handle quality incidents that occur.
- Develop a process to control the shelf life of semi- finished products for all stages of production
- Coordinate with the project department to provide ventilation, zoning, food safety and food defense equipment requirements for new products and new factories.
- The set targets regarding "recall/ withdrew/ recover/ complaint" are related
- Research cross- contamination maps for each product and develop prevention solutions and control plans.
- Coordinate with RD- Microbio to put all tests (Micro- test) and transfer of new products into production.
- Set targets for quality (product/packaging/food safety) in the factory and in the market

• Graduated from university or higher majoring in Microbiology- Biochemistry, Microbiology- molecular biology, microbiological engineering
• Personal capacity & Other factors
• Good health, Active & proactive & decisive at work; have creative ability.
• Foreign Language English IELTS 5.5 or higher or equivalent.
• Discipline and high sense of responsibility.
• Good interaction skills, believe in Win- Win spirit at work.
