Food Service Development Supervisor (R&D)

Food service development

• Conduct for new FS’s items tasting survey on both internal and external to understand the product acceptance
• Prepare and product GP calculation for the management’s evaluations
• Ensure the daily smooth operation of food service new items, track the sales make suggestions to upsell the products
• Market visit to understand the current food trend and to explore new sales opportunities
• Prepare SOP for new FS’s items with QA input to ensure the food service offers meet with Vietnam’s standards of food safety & hygiene.
• Technical support on food service hygiene and safety on both food tool and preparation

Store and operation

• Closely coordinate with Operation team to ensure smooth daily operation on Food Service sale including: ordering, delivery, inventory, bad merchandising management, customer service
• Monitor the SOP implementation, adjust/ change accordingly to ensure food preparation is served at high standard
• Store visit and to understand the FS issue, report to management and make any improvement

Merchandising/ supplier

• Continuously to negotiate with suppliers to improve on trading terms and customer service
• Continuously to search for new and exciting suppliers to improve on the food menu
• Coordinate with food suppliers for new business opportunity, concept to make the FS category interesting.
• Work with suppliers on technical side to make sure their products meet with good food hygiene and safety

Marketing

• Coordinate with Marketing team to develop attractive display of food offers & POSM

Training

• Closely work with the training team to ensure SOP is efficiently written and communicated, so that CSR will prepare the FS items according to the precise guidelines

• Minimum 2-year experience in supervisor position in hospitality relating to food service, catering, fast food industry. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
• Food lover and customer service oriented.
• Detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action.
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel.
• High level of integrity, details, decisive, responsibility and commitment. Able to work independently and in a team.
