About the Role
As our Footwear Costing Manager, you&039;ll be a key architect of profitability, directly influencing the financial success of multiple world- renowned brands. Reporting to the Senior Costing Manager, you&039;ll lead and inspire a dedicated Brand Costing team, driving strategic pricing initiatives and high- level factory negotiations. What You&039;ll Do
• Cost Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through advanced cost engineering, identifying inefficiencies, and unlocking significant cost optimization opportunities.
• High- Level Negotiation: Lead and secure optimal results from vendor and supplier negotiations, providing critical strategic insights to leadership.
• Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop your Brand Costing team, setting clear OKRs and fostering their growth to consistently achieve brand seasonal MFP margin targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to and implement best- in- class costing strategies, policies, and processes to enhance operational performance and lead key projects.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with functional departments and key factory vendors across the globe.
