Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and detail- oriented individuals to join our Production Control members. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely delivery of our high- quality footwear products while managing logistics operations efficiently. You will collaborate with the internal cross- functional teams and the external stakeholders to monitor production schedules, track shipments, and optimize supply chain processes to meet our customers&039; expectations.
Job Description
Analyze shipment data and logistics trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
Oversee the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure on- time delivery of footwear products, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.
Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast and manage the resources necessary for production, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.
Communicate regularly with cross- functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and logistics performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoe factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
Collaborate with product development, design, material and quality control teams to address any delivery or logistics challenges that may impact production schedules.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Business level fluency in English is required. Additional proficiency of Japanese/Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in production merchandising or order management in the footwear/garment/logistics industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Strategic thinking ability to connect operational activities with broader business objectives
Experience working with multinational companies or understanding of headquarters- subsidiary dynamics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and data analysis tools.
