As our Footwear Senior Costing Analyst, you won&039;t just analyze numbers; you&039;ll be a financial strategist directly shaping the success of our iconic brands. You&039;ll be the heartbeat connecting product innovation with business sustainability, working closely with every team from development to supply chain. This role empowers you to lead critical negotiations, uncover groundbreaking cost- saving opportunities, and maximize profitability for Deckers. What You&039;ll Do
• Pricing & Negotiation: Manage pricing to meet brand critical paths and margin goals, actively engaging with design, development, and production teams to optimize product costs. You&039;ll lead seasonal price negotiations with factories and suppliers for all cost components.
• Margin Optimization: Work hand- in- hand with HQ cross- functional teams to achieve company margin targets, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and coach costing team members, set OKRs, and assess their performance, while fostering strong relationships across BU teams.
• Partnership & Improvement: Build strong relationships with factories and Business Units (BUs), establish performance benchmarks, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Costing: Define and implement competitive costing strategies and efficient processes.
