Foreign Personnel And Teaching Quality Manager

Recruiting Foreign Personnel:
- Perform CV screening, interviewing, and evaluation of teaching skills and professional qualifications of foreign teaching candidates.
- Report recruitment outcomes and suggestions to the chairman.
Quality Management of Teaching:
- Observe lessons to manage and ensure high- quality teaching methods and content.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to native and Vietnamese teachers to optimize lesson effectiveness.
Orientation and Training:
- Organize bi- monthly teaching skill training sessions for Vietnamese and foreign teachers.
- Conduct orientation for foreign teachers about the school&039;s policies, curriculum, and culture.
Managing Foreign Teachers:
- Oversee the day- to- day work and professional development of foreign teachers.
- Address any concerns or issues foreign teachers may have and provide ongoing support.
Curriculum Development:
- Build, evolve, define, test, and evaluate English curricula in public and consulting schools.
- Develop a roadmap for various English courses, including professional, children, and exam preparation courses.
Testing and Evaluation:
- Design and administer tests for course start, weekly assessments, phase tests, and end- of- course evaluations for students at the center and its partners as well as draft tests for public schools.
Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
- Act as a mediator in conflicts between foreign teachers and other staff or students.
- Facilitate communication and problem- solving between foreign teachers and school management.
Scheduling and Organizational Tasks:
- Develop and manage teaching timetables for teachers at the center and affiliated schools.
- Create content for extracurricular programs and events annually for the Center and its partners.

- Fluency in English; Vietnamese proficiency is advantageous.
- Skills in recruitment, training, curriculum development, and teacher management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
- Degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field.
- Experience in teaching English, preferably to diverse age groups.
