• Be partners with Category Finance and Manufacturing Unit (MU) Finance manager on COGS, Gross margin variance analysis
• Lead forecast and actual BU reporting cycle. Prepare reports required for BU performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead COGS forecast and actual reporting for Vietnam BU. Coordinate with MU finance managers and other related functions to perform consolidation for monthly actual reporting, quarterly forecast, annual budget and business plan.
• Partner with CS&L team to build budget and rolling forecast for CS&L cost with high accuracy, build a strong productivity pipeline to deliver the target. Lead the month- end closing for CS&L.
• Provide support to control and audit- related matters. Make sure all internal control policies are fully complied with.
• Assist in developing business performance reporting capability and financial management tools.
• Be a single point of contact with regional SEA Supply Chain Finance FP&A to work for actual reporting, forecasting, central project development and application.

• Solid leadership skills; able to coach, manage and develop team members
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting; FMCG industry is preferred
• University graduate as minimum; higher graduation is a plus
• Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Able to build network and influence business partners
• Solid knowledge of financial planning and performance management.
