FP&A Manager

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for month-end closing, working on a monthly/ quarterly/ annually process of financial statement that includes explaining variances to plan and suggestions, providing management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make significant operational, financial, and strategic decisions. As the business grows, the FP&A manager will have the opportunities to grow either by incorporating the F&A team or into the CFO role of one of the KMS companies. This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager.
Directly work with the senior finance manager, finance director in VN, and foreign finance manager in the US;
Financial analysis: conduct in-depth research of historical data and perform analysis on key financial standard & finance health with commentary and suggestions as needed;

Financial planning: working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business&039;s medium to long term financial and strategic plan; producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors; preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
Work on global finance and accounting system based on ERP application;
Financial business partnering: be partner with cross-function, especially for Delivery department and finance business partnering team on monthly/quarterly/ yearly budget, highly the red zoom of forecast accuracy, follow the action to delivery actual better or in line with budgeting; make ad-hoc analysis reports to support department heads on decision-making;
The FP&A manager will play an essential role in core finance and accounting services that support the services and products for a group of companies to help proactively make business decisions.
P&L review: fully responsible for month-end closing, actual reporting cycles in time with high accuracy; review, validate and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements; work on a monthly P&L review process that includes explaining variances to plan; perform analysis reviews on the financial performance of the various business units and investigate variances against the norms, budget and forecast;

Knowledge and skills required:
Good English communication and writing as a condition required
Having knowledge & working on foreign accounting tools is an advantage (e.g. NetSuite/ Sunsystem/ Quickbook)
Ideally, has experience in the technology or technology services industry
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other analytical disciplines; MBA and ACCA/CPA preferred.
Ability to demonstrate basic financial acumen
Excellent Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) skills
Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
Minimum 08 years working experience in Finance and Analytical role
