Freelance Designer

Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
We&039;re on the hunt for a talented Digital Designer who can craft pixel- perfect, visually stunning creative outputs for some of Australia&039;s biggest brands across various digital campaigns, CRM, to everything digital in between.
Producing high- quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

The successful candidate will:
Has experience in Figma, Adobe suite
The ability to understand and interpret creative briefs to take from concept through to final output
3+ years design and motion experience
Has a strong visual eye for beautiful, well- crafted creative outputs
Proactively identify new and creative approaches to elevate the quality of work produced for our clients
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment
Communicate work and explain the rational around a certain approach to your design work
Connect with our design team to offer inspiration in craft and process&039;
Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
Understand different brands and how visual communications creates impact on audiences
Use your deep understanding of the full adobe suite and any emerging technologies, with a specific focus on motion to produce visually outstanding designs
