We are seeking a professional Business Development Coordinator to grow business with us.
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting pre- and post- meeting activities with clients and partners to ensure smooth sales and partnership processes. This role focuses on background research, meeting preparation, documentation, and performance tracking to support the growth and success of the Vietnam Outsourcing Hub.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Social Media Visuals
Conceptualize and design graphics for social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn & Facebook)
Develop consistent and cohesive templates for recurring campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with marketers to align text and visuals for maximum impact.
Website Component Design
Work closely with web developers to hand off assets and address feedback efficiently.
Ensure designs are responsive, user- friendly, and aligned with overall brand guidelines.
Design and update website components such as banners, icons, landing page visuals, and interactive elements.
Branding & Collateral
Create and maintain brand collateral such as letterheads, business cards, and corporate templates.
Design visually engaging and professional presentations, pitch decks, and PowerPoint templates.
Adapt existing layouts or create new concepts that align with brand identity and project objectives.
Assist in developing brand identities through cohesive color schemes, typography, and graphic elements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
Experience Level: Ideal for junior designers or fresh graduates.
Education: Degree or coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Equipment: Have personal laptop/ PC
WORK LOCATION: Remotely
WORKING HOURS:
Can start from January 6th, 2025
At least 4 hours/ day (84 hours/ month). Flexible as following assigned task.
WHAT WE OFFER: Monthly salary: 6,000,000 VND (Gross)
