- Ultimate problem solver for customers/overseas partners/local offices;
- Other related jobs under the assignment of Country Manager
- Report to Country Manager or upper level when required
- Develop new LCL/ FCL products
- Managing and operating the Sales Department running smoothly; Recruiting & developing and training sales team;
- Promoting the Network
- Finding new potential customers owned forwarding companies and factories
- Supporting our customers with their request
- Increasing the support from our exiting customers

- Gender : Any
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- Good English skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management and shipping.
- Innovative - trying to see possibilities rather than problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience sales in Shipping/ Forwarding/ Logistics with 2-3 years background of management is preferred
- Works independently and good at team working
