Freight Manager (Customs Clearance) - Hà Nội

Location: Ocean Park building , Dao Duy Anh st
Manage the operational cost of projects/accounts in charge to achieve the set goal of the Department;
Safety, Health, and Environment: Comply with EHS requirements, ISO standards, and national regulations, and working regulations;
Establish contacts with state and private entities in order to expedite the necessary documentation for the import/export process;
Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance;
In charge of the development of the logistics structure to export/import products/material;
Define and drive to achieve all Department’s goals;
Handling jobs relating to import/export operation flow and documents such as customs declaration, invoice, packing list, delivery order, E-customs declaration via the website and related job
Perform other jobs related duties as and when requested by a superior.
Develop and implement a strong operational excellence framework for the Freight Management business for both International and Domestic;
Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time;
People Management & Development
Perform freight operation matters;
Establish strong relationships between suppliers and management;

Job required skills
Advanced leadership with the ability to manage change with strong result orientation.
Strong experience in customs clearance (both import raw material, and project cargoes)
Good written and spoken communications skills including advanced negotiation and persuasion skills
Years of experience: At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Manager level in FRT, customs clearance field.
Strong relationship with Customs Department and experience in Customs Clearance jobs at the freight and forwarding company
