Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable no- code solutions.
Test progress accomplishments on a monthly basis.
Participate in reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to established guidelines.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in no- code development and propose innovative ideas to improve the overall system architecture and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, propose and implement solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations.
Job Requirements
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Knowledge of different project development methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean, or Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Experience with any no- code tools (Bubble, Adalo, Softr, Webflow, Airtable, Glide, Flutterflow).
Understanding of design thinking principles and the ability to apply them in developing user- centric solutions.
Experiences at least 6 months in developing full- stack applications using various libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Django).
Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology.
Interest in experiencing a variety of products in various fields.
Experiences at least 6 months in responsive web design.

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of 11,000,000 ~ 17,000,000 VND per month and high salary increase rate(YOY 10~30%).
